We’ve recently added HON to our showroom lineup, and it wasn’t a casual decision.
When we look at new manufacturer partners, the question isn’t whether a brand is well known. It’s whether it solves problems we see regularly and fills a real gap between entry-level products and higher-end systems.
Over the past few years, we’ve seen more clients asking for furniture that balances a higher-end look, durability, consistency, and reasonable lead times—especially for projects that fall between “small office” and large corporate buildouts. HON fits squarely in that space.
What made HON a good addition is how flexible the line is. It works for home offices and small teams, but it also scales well for larger environments where consistency matters—same finishes, same performance, same look across departments or floors.
It also complements the manufacturers we already work with, including Storli, Corp Express and Global. Each line serves a different purpose, and adding HON gives us more options when we’re comparing layouts, budgets, and long-term use rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all solution.
Another factor was reliability. HON products are designed for everyday use in real offices, not just showrooms. That matters when furniture is being used eight or more hours a day, five days a week.
From a planning standpoint, HON integrates well into the way we already work. We can include it in space plans and renderings early in the process so clients can see how it fits within their actual layout, not just as a standalone product.
Not only that, but HON is manufactured in America and most products carry a lifetime warranty.
As always, adding a new line doesn’t change how we approach projects. The goal is still the same: understand the space, understand how people will use it, and recommend options that make sense now and later.
If you’re comparing manufacturers or trying to figure out what level of furniture is appropriate for your space, HON is now part of that conversation.
