Used Office Furniture in St. Louis

From time to time, St. Charles Office Furniture makes select used office furniture available when it meets our standards for quality and condition.

These items typically come from businesses that are relocating, downsizing, or upgrading their space. When furniture is still functional and appropriate for continued use, we prefer to keep it in circulation rather than send it to liquidation.

Availability is limited and changes regularly. Always contact us first about anything your see on this page.

What We Mean by “Used”

This is commercial office furniture previously used in professional environments, not residential pieces or bulk liquidations. Items are evaluated individually and only offered if they’re in good working condition.

Some pieces may show normal wear, while others may be close to new. If an item doesn’t meet our standards, it isn’t offered.

Types of Items That May Be Available

Our used inventory is often limited and not all categories or colors are available at all times.

  • Task and conference chairs
  • Desks and workstations
  • Conference and training tables
  • Filing and storage
  • Occasional ancillary pieces
