St. Charles Office Furniture has completed a showroom refresh representing a significant investment in how our space is organized and presented. We would love to show you around.
We didn’t expand our footprint or open a new location. Instead, the update focused on improving how products are grouped, displayed, and evaluated, particularly for customers comparing options across different types of office environments.
The refreshed showroom includes new and expanded manufacturer lines, including HON, as well as additional offerings from Storli and Global. The mix reflects growing demand from businesses planning larger commercial projects, while still accommodating home offices and smaller teams.
Although interest in larger projects has increased, the company has not shifted away from individual buyers or small offices.
According to Chris Fortune, general manager of St. Charles Office Furniture, the goal was to make the showroom work better across a wider range of use cases.
“The refresh was about making it easier for people to understand what works in their space,” Fortune said. “Whether someone is furnishing a single office or planning a larger layout, the idea is to reduce guesswork and make the options clearer.”
St. Charles Office Furniture continues to offer space planning and professional renderings, allowing customers, designers, and architects to see how furniture will function within their actual floor plan. That capability remains central to how projects are evaluated, particularly for larger or more complex layouts.
The updated showroom is intended to support the way clients are buying today, with more emphasis on planning, layout, and long-term use rather than one-off purchases.
